Business Automation
The PC work you repeat every week, automated one task at a time.
Spreadsheet roll-ups, CSV cleanup, copying data between files, recurring reports — we look at the repetitive work your team does on a computer and automate it, starting small.
No published price list. We scope the work first, then give you a fixed quote.
Problem
Are you repeating this again this week?
Take a moment and think it through: are you running the same steps every week, or every month?
Does this loop look familiar — running every week at your company?
Are you redoing the same spreadsheet work every week?
If the one person who handles it is out, is there no one to cover?
Are you double-checking for mistakes by eye, every time?
Before / After
What a small automation changes about your week.
- 1Open three separate spreadsheets
- 2Copy the numbers you need
- 3Roll them up manually
- 4Double-check for mistakes
- 5Transcribe into the report
- 1Point it at the files
- 2It runs through the defined steps
- 3A report comes out in the format you set
- 4Only the exceptions and judgment calls are flagged
- 5A person reviews them and it's done
This isn't full automation. We output in a fixed format and leave the judgment calls to a person.
What We Automate
Examples of the work we take on
We don't claim to automate "anything." We take on repetitive work that has a clear, definable scope.
Spreadsheet / CSV roll-ups
Consolidating and reconciling numbers scattered across multiple files.
Recurring reports
The document you rebuild in the same format every week or month.
Data entry / transcription
Moving data from one file or system into another.
File organization
Naming conventions and sorting files into the right folders.
Routine processing
A fixed set of checks or steps you repeat the same way each time.
Exception checks
Rule-based reconciliation that surfaces only the values worth a look.
If your repetitive task doesn't fit neatly above, ask us anyway. That said, high-risk areas — sensitive personal data, medical information, final accounting judgment, or critical automated messaging — are typically out of scope for a first engagement. See "Safety" below.
How It Works
Our process
We don't start with a big contract. We start by listening.
Discovery call
We ask what the task is, how often it happens, and how you currently handle it. This is about understanding the pain point, not selling.
Define the scope
We limit what gets automated and define the inputs, processing, outputs, and how exceptions are handled.
Fixed quote
You get a fixed price for the defined scope — designed so surprise costs don't show up later.
Build and test
We build and test against data that closely resembles your real workflow.
Deliver with human review built in
Exceptions and judgment calls are delivered in a form a person can check.
Safety / Human Review
We don't try to automate everything.
TREVIQUE doesn't force automation onto judgment calls or irregular data. What needs a person stays with a person.
Automation, starting from what can be trusted.
Items that require judgment aren't automated — they're flagged "needs review" and sent back to a person.
Unexpected data or format changes are flagged as errors, not silently guessed at.
Sensitive data, such as personal or medical information, is handled with deliberate care in the design.
Final accounting judgment and critical automated messaging are typically out of scope for a first project.
If something outside the agreed scope comes up after launch, we talk it through with you before changing anything.
Here's roughly how it works
A hypothetical example to make the idea concrete. The actual design always depends on your workflow.
Example: a facilities maintenance company
Two recurring files get combined every week, and only the items that don't fit the format or need a judgment call come back to a person as "Needs Review."
Pricing Philosophy
How pricing works
We don't publish a price list. We learn about your current workflow first, define exactly what's being automated, and then give you a fixed quote.
This isn't a large system rollout. You can start with a single task.
Because the scope is fixed before the quote, surprise add-on costs are unlikely.
Fixed Quote
After we understand your workflow, we define the scope and give you a fixed quote.

Discovery
Tell us about the repetitive work first
This isn't a request for a quote or a contract. It's the first step for TREVIQUE to understand the task you're dealing with — share whatever you know.
hello@treviqueglobal.comPlease don't send customer data, personal information, passwords, or confidential files at this stage. A general description is all we need to start.
